The Merit Certificate Cheat Sheet I Wish I Had Sooner

The other week I was trying to write up my merit certificates and my brain gave me nothing. I had my list of students who hadn’t received one yet, and I just sat there staring at their names like, “Come on… anything?” So I grabbed our school behaviour matrix to jog my memory about the genuine moments each student had shown growth or strength - and that’s when it hit me. I use this like a cheat sheet… so why don’t I actually make a cheat sheet for this exact purpose?
