This Aboriginal Barrier Games download includes 3 barrier games with an Australian Aboriginal theme.
Barrier games allow students to practice oral language skills, including directional and descriptive language, the ability to give and follow directions and teamwork skills.
In the first barrier game, students create a scene. In the second, they decorate a didgeridoo and in the third, they tell a story using traditional Aboriginal symbols. This resource is suitable for a wide range of year levels by setting rules to increase or decrease difficulty.
