How often will I get this box?
Teacher Treat Boxes get shipped out at the beginning of each term. Boxes take between 1- 2 weeks to arrive.
What's in the box?
Each Teacher Treat Subscription Box is a complete surprise! Though you can expect to find stationery, self-care items, resources and an edible treat within the box!
What does 'auto renew' mean?
If you select the quarterly subscription option, it will automatically take money out of your elected account on the 20th before the box is due to ship out. Cancel at any time by either emailing us, or logging in to your account!
What if I want to order multiple boxes?
Awesome! For multiple boxes you will only be charged the base price for shipping when they are all going to the same address.Ā
Do you give refunds?
Boxes cannot be returned or refunded. If you have a missing or broken item, please get in touch with us at admin@mrsamy123.com.
Can I order a one-off box?
Sure can! Select the 'One-time purchase option.

How much is postage?
Postage is $13.75 per box and sent through Australia Post. Tracking information is sentĀ once the boxes have been posted. You can also log in to your account get tracking information.
How long will my box take to get to me?
We are based in regional WA.Ā Shipping to WA, NT and SA usually takes one week or less. Shipping to NSW, TAS, VIC, and QLD typically takes two to three weeks.Ā
Can I do pickup?
Pickup is available fromĀ Beyond Games and HobbyĀ in the Bunbury Homemaker Centre. Use code: 'BEYOND' to select this option. You will receive an email when your box is ready to pick up.
